“Something smells fishy around here,” I say as I start pacing around the room.

Savannah just left to go shopping for “ladies stuff” and Harlan is all cool about it. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not some weirdo possessive boyfriend, but hey, maybe I am. I know the store is less than 10 minutes away, but still. Something can happen to her on the way there, you don’t know, you know?
