Savannah’s POV

“They get punished,” Harlan says.

All of a sudden, he’s standing right next to me. Between the wall behind me, Logan in front of me, and Harlan next to me, I have no way of escaping. Logan moves slightly to the side and Harlan steps forward. Logan’s left hand is on the wall and the other goes to my shoulder. Harlan’s right hand is on the wall and the other goes to grip my chin. They look at me like a prey about to be devoured, and I can’t help but swallow hard.

“G-guys, not here…” I stammer.

“Why?” Logan looks from side to side. The alleyway is dimly lit and empty. “Afraid your little friends will see us?”
