Aaron’s POV 

  As I stood outside my father's room, the weight of betrayal settled heavily on my shoulders. The door before me seemed impenetrable, like a fortress guarding the truth I was about to uncover. My heart raced as disbelief and sadness swirled within me. I took a deep breath, trying to gather my composure before facing the man who had once been my hero, guide, and father.

  I pushed open the heavy wooden door and stepped into the room. My father, Alpha Leon, sat behind an imposing desk, his posture exuding authority. He glanced up, a smile stretching across his face, but I saw the flicker of unease in his eyes. Did he know what I was coming to say? 

  "Father," I began, my voice steady but laced with restrained emotion. "We need to talk."

  Alpha Leon's smile faltered, his false charm slipping away. "Ah, Aaron, my son. I've been waiting for this moment. Have you finally understood the path I have set for you?"
