  I felt my frustration boil over, my emotions bubbling up like a cauldron on the verge of overflowing. "Once what, Mother? What are you hiding from me?" I demanded, my voice trembling with a mix of anger and desperation. The weight of the situation was becoming unbearable, and I couldn't bear the thought of my mother keeping vital information from me.
