“Hello?” Sharina answered the phone. It was evident that she had just woken up and that her sleep was disturbed because of Zayden’s phone call. “Why are you calling in the middle of the night, Zayden?” she asked right away.

“I’m sorry, Sharina... I’m really sorry.” Zayden sighed before he spoke again, “I’m calling...” He cleared his throat. “I’m calling you because I want to ask something important, and I need you to be completely honest with me...”

Sharina groaned, and the sound that could be heard through the phone indicated that she had just stood up from her bed.
