Austin’s POV

“Call in all the strong Betas and gammas,” I instructed, leaving the room. I left her in the hands of Shelton. Max and Aragon followed me out of her chamber.

We entered my restricted planning hall, and the Betas and Gammas were in line as soon as I walked in—the servant was fast in delivering the message, I guess.

“You are all here.” I relaxed on the seat. They focused on me.

“I just heard some awful rumors about the behavior of Wolves and Xavier. They surprised me, but I know it will come to this one day.” I sighed.

“What to do, Lord?” they asked in unison.

“We have to prepare beforehand. Fortunately, we got a quick memo rather than being caught by surprise.” I rubbed my nose, and they nodded.

“As of now, those two are prohibited from entering this camp until everything falls back to normal.” I coughed hardly. Their gaze on me became sharp.

“My Lord, you need to rest more. Please look after your health.” Beta Claus
