"What do you mean?" I asked, my voice barely audible as he reached to switch on the lamp next to him.

"I don't like to repeat myself." He mumbled, as he sat on the bed. I was struck in my place when he asked me to sit down next to him.

"I don't want to sleep here, shall I go to my room?" I asked as I refuse to move anywhere near him.
