Book 3: Chapter 76

Asher punched Edward in the stomach and followed it with another one on the head. Edward tried to defend the attacks but Asher kept throwing them and some ended up landing on him. Edward reacted by giving him an uppercut, if Asher felt the pain, his face didn’t show it as he headed Edward harshly. Edward winced and managed to grab Asher’s hands, giving him a head back that made Asher shake his head to shake off the pain. 

“Son,” Edward called, “listen, this isn’t you.” Edward tried to reason with him but Asher responded by kicking Edward hard on the groin. Edward groaned and released Asher’s hands. Right before he could recover, Asher flew up in the air and then kicked him again. The kick sent Edward meters away and he landed on rows of trees which snapped at the force.

“Oh,” Catherine chuckled, “that must have hurt.”

Kaiden laughed. “What is the matter little brother? Are you getting your ass kicked by your own son?” he yelled at the space Edward had created
