Chapter 86. A Week Later

Breakfast went well. Everyone enjoyed each other’s company, and even though there was tension between Maddie and I, I still enjoyed my times with everyone at the table.

The alpha and Kevin didn’t look at me or treat me like I didn’t belong, they didn’t treat like who I was—an omega. And I couldn’t have been any more grateful.

For the first time in my life, I felt like belonged, and that everuyhing was finally falling into place and becoming better.

A Week Later

It had been week and it felt like time had passed so quickly, as if it had just been a blink of an eye. I had been consistent at school and was even doing way better than before; maybe because I was not as stressed as I used to be.

Giveon and I had gone on another day a few days ago and it was just as magical as our first, if not better. The relationship between my mom and I had gotten even better, and Lisa had told me that although she didn’t really like Kevin at first, she was startin
