Chapter 73. Seeing Elena's Condition

Aiden went to a cafe to enjoy coffee. He had no intention of coming to the hospital to see his mother.

    "Uh Aiden?"

He turned to the source of the voice and was a little surprised to see who it was.

"Twins!" he exclaimed.

    "Aren't you?" exclaimed Kay in shock, and she sat down in front of Aiden, who was casually brewing his coffee.

    "It's been five years, and you two are still together. How cute!" Aiden exclaimed.

    "Tsk, this Kay keeps teasing me," Key complained.

    "You're the one who always wants me to accompany you," Kay replied.

    "Don't slander. I always don't want to go out with you. It makes me lose prestige."

    "You're the one who's too shy to admit it. If you want to always be with me."

    "Hey-!"

    "It still hasn't changed," Aiden complained, making the twin men stop arguing. "So get
