There was a murmur from the reporters, who finally chose to leave the area of Catherine's residence.

Catherine watched Aiden as all the reporters left the residence.

The doorbell rang, and Aiden's voice came over the intercom, saying that all the reporters had left.

Catherine sighed and opened the door until her eyes met his sharp, shady gaze.

Catherine quickly looked away.

Without bothering to wait for Aiden and say goodbye to him, Catherine immediately stepped on the gas of her car to leave the area of her house.
