Chapter 14. Gone
Calla reached the restroom and sighed. She couldn’t believe Rico would be so brazen—like the room full of people didn’t exist.
She breathed out loudly. Thank God she was the only one in the restroom.
She walked to the sink, turned on the tap but didn’t do anything. She couldn’t splash water on her face, as she didn’t bring extra makeup.
She turned the tap off and looked at her reflection in the mirror. She was flushed.
She chuckled.
Rico does know how to please a lady, she’ll give him that.
Her past clients only take what she can give, without offering anything in return. But with Rico, it was the opposite.
Sure, he’s a heartless monster—doesn’t give a damn about anyone but himself—but he pays attention to her body.
Suddenly the door opened, and she turned towards it. Her face immediately turned pale.
“Wha—” she couldn’t speak. It was like the air in her lungs got knocked out.
