I took a deep breath before gathering my list of necessities, which included a vacuum, a pledge, a dust cloth, window cleaner, paper towels, a hamper or clothing basket, and some additional energy. Since my schedule for today is in the afternoon, I don’t need to leave for school early. That is why I decided to do general cleaning around the house. I evenly spray each pane of glass, one at a time, with the window cleaner. I clean the glass with one or two paper towels, being sure to reach the corners and any smudges that might be present on the surface.

“Hon, I’m leaving for work now! See you later, hon. I love you!” Ares said and gave me a kiss on my forehead.

He was about to leave when I suddenly grabbed his hand, “Wait— I need to give you something.” I immediately went to the bedroom to get the bracelet that I bought yesterday. “Here! I forgot to give you this yesterday. I hope you like it…” I murmured while handing him the pair of my ruby bra
