"Isn't that him?"
"He rides a bike, too?"
"I can't believe he's actually moving around like that."
When I looked around, I noticed some passers-by staring; nevertheless, they quickly moved on.
"Alright?" My brow furrowed in consternation as I secured the bicycle.
Since I hadn't been to the children's hospital lately, I decided to visit them first thing that morning.
I asked for a couple dozen flowers to be chosen at random.
The flower shop worker seemed taken aback to see me. Which was odd because I regularly bought flowers for the kids from him.
"Uh, is everything all right?" I asked.
"Huh? Oh yeah, well,” he said hesitantly, "Everything is... swimmingly OK."
