ERVIN’S POV
“So henceforth, you would understand whatever action we take towards her is for the safety of the pack,” Stella said.
Charles was quiet during the whole conversation. I wondered what was going through his mind.
“No. Please. Let me talk to her.” My voice was breaking. “Do not do anything yet. I would talk to her. She must have a genuine reason to do Stella. I know Hazel.”
Stella sighed. “You have until the end of the week. Keep me updated.”
I nodded. My heart was racing. Stealing from the pack could be considered some form of treason. The punishment would be spending years in the dungeon.
