Chapter 51. Listening or Not
ERVIN’S POV
“Hey,” I whispered as I came up beside Charles, my brother, and Alpha. It was very chill out here. Most of the ground was covered in snow.
Charles was about to address the pack warriors. We were about a hundred and fifty if not more. We consisted of both males and females all ranging from the age of eighteen and above. They were well-trained. We stood in a cleared opening that marked the space between the part Cain took and our side. The moon was up in the sky, shining. It was a half moon but it was bright enough to light up our path.
I could see three of Hazel's brothers standing in a corner. My eyebrows furrowed. What were they doing here? They should be at the pack house.
“The Armstrongs,” I whispered very lightly in Charles's ears.
“They said they wanted to join the fight,” Charles whispered back to me.
I laughed. “And you let them.”
“They would not listen.” He answered.
