That night, Red didn't go to bed right away. Instead, she sat on the porch waiting for someone. Near midnight, she heard footsteps approaching the cabin and quickly got up. The figure of Jonah came into view.

"Jonah," Red called.

The young man stopped in front of the cabin, looking slightly confused, before entering the yard. He looked around and noticed Ursula's absence.

"Where's your robot?" Jonah asked.

"In Kit's workshop."

Jonah sat down next to Red. "What's up? You waited up for me this late?"

Red turned to the silver-haired youth and nodded. Jonah's cheeks flushed, though it wasn't very noticeable. Still, the fact that Red had waited for him made Jonah feel slightly happy.

He cleared his throat quietly. "What do you want to talk about?"

"I want you to lead the Alliance."
