Emery’s POV

“Pause,” I said to the technical staff who’s showing me the CCTV footage of what happened this morning. Tristan was beside me. He asked about what happened and I told him everything. Terrence did not believe me and I was so disappointed in myself for getting hurt because of it.

“It wasn’t actually caught, but he must’ve really stolen the flash drive.”
