Chapter 52. Jealous

Emery’s POV

“Is he here already?” I asked Dan for the 4th time while waiting inside Terrence’s office. I don’t know why he’s not answering my calls and for God’s sake his meeting will be in an hour. Where the hell is that man?

Dan shook his head worriedly. “Should we report it, Mrs. Gray?”

I sighed and shook my head. “I’ll try calling him again.”

I turned my back to Dan and stood beside the window while calling Terrence for the 10th time. If he still refuses to pick this up, I’m gonna kick his ass.

I was energized when the call was picked up. “Hello? Terence, where are you? I’ve been waiting in your office. You have to come here now because you have a meeting!”
