Chapter 163. Truths Be Told

The ride was quiet. I had my attention on the passing scenery. It was three in the afternoon and I was a bit hungry. 

I knew that I needed to eat, the last time that I did was in the morning before all of this. Now, my stomach was already growling.

“Where do you want me to take you?” Josh broke the silence.

“Um…” I racked my brain for the next thing that I had to do. Then it clicked. “Just take me back to my old place. I need to see my father.” 

I had planned to have lunch with him somewhere. There were not a lot of people in my life right now and if anything, I needed to keep them as close to me as I could.

Also, I think I was going to do something crazy. It might be one of the craziest ideas ever but it was something I felt like I needed to do. 

And what was it? Telling my father the truth; telling him everything. And yes, that included telling him who I was; telling him that I was a vampire and that Bradley and Josh were also like me.&n
