Chapter 21. The Police Station

My heart was thumping in my chest and anxiety shook my insides. I stared at the picture on the phone for a few more seconds and then swallowed. This was not good. This was definitely not good. 

I placed the phone on the bed and proceeded to change what I was wearing into something presentable to wear to go to the station. I mean, I had my doubts about going to the police at first but now, I really had no real choice. 

That crazy lady was watching me, she had proven that. I was not safe. My dad and grandmom were not safe. And after what she had told me in the car that night, I could not stop the fear from choking me. I was literally shaking. 

She had just seen me with Bradley and showed me that she did by sending that picture. That was so creepy and caused my spine to tingle. The safest thing I could do was to get my behind at the station and try to get all this under control.
