Chapter 264. A Talk with the CEO

Standing before me was Bradley. He had a tight frown on his face and did not look happy at all. He was the person who had pushed my life even more into a spiral. 

That very night when he had bitten me and turned me into a vampire, that was when everything started to get worse. It all went downhill from there. And I can proudly and confidently say that if I had not met the CEO, I would have never lost my grandmother. 

The thought made me sigh but I had to focus on the present. I swallowed and then asked, “Have you been following me?” 

“Why are you crying?” He asked, ignoring my question. “You made your decision, right? You chose to protect Josh even when I have told you over and over that he's dangerous.” 

“Bradley, have you been following me?” 

“Gosh, yes. I followed you because I wanted to talk to you but then noticed that you were out here running. I had to be careful and wait until you were in one place, so yeah.” He shrugged.
