Chapter 45. The Fancy Bathroom

I walked out of the house, closing the door before heading for my car. Tears filled my eyes as I neared it. 

Unlocking it, I then opened the door and made sure to take a look inside before getting in. Since I encountered Grace, I just could not risk it, I would always check in any car before getting inside. 

That was just how I was wired now, and that was all because of another man in my life. Were men just evil, or was I the problem?
