Chapter 52. Going to Grandma

The call dropped and I felt a bittersweet feeling fill me up, I did not know how to explain it or whether I liked it or not, but it was there, not going anywhere. I sat up before standing to my feet and running my hand through my hair. 

I was still in my work clothes and needed to change into something casual before going over to the home where my grandmother stayed. I headed to the door and locked it before heading to the closet to find something to wear. 

I saw that none of my clothes were in the suitcases that I had brought. They had all been taken out and hung up, making me feel slightly at home if that made any sense. It was nice of the workers to do that when they did not have to do so. 

I pulled out some clothes before taking them to the bed. Then I headed to the bathroom to take a quick shower. I removed my clothes and before getting under the hot water, I caught a glimpse of my body in the mirror.
