Michael couldn’t understand a bit of what was going on. The sight of her clouded him with memories of them together. He remembered how they would joke and dance around and eat out all the time. He had loved her so badly that he was ready to give her everything he owned, but then she found someone else, someone more handsome than he was and richer.

His father owned the biggest fashion brand in the whole of Europe, so he couldn’t really blame her for what she did. She wanted to become an internationally known model and would do absolutely everything she could to get it. “What’s your business if she’s back?” His mind scolded him at once, and he definitely didn’t like it one bit.

“Is it a crime to discuss that again?” He inquired like he was speaking to someone right next to him.

“Yes, it is a crime because you aren’t just discussing it. You sound so pained even though you have someone who loves you and who you love deeply, or is your love for her fake?”
