“¿Puedo tener el menú?” (Can I have the menu?). A man with freshly cut hair and shaved beard called for the lady of the restaurant. He’s been having his meals in this place for the past few days ever since he felt his body more like his rather than some sore martial artist that just came out of the ring from a match.

“Sí, señor Rus!” (Yes, sir Rus!). The owner of the restaurant smiled at seeing her new regular customer who she learned came all the way from Washington. She learned that he’s currently here in Spain for a quick getaway vacation from his work.

“¡Gracias señora!” (Thank you, madam!). The man who introduced himself as ‘Rus’ said enthusiastically as he peered down the menu. He decided to make the most out of his ‘vacation’, he thought so he found a quaint restaurant in the neighborhood he’s currently staying at and started trying each one of the offered dishes, meal after meal.
