Chapter 149. Your Choice

“You are not there for them,” Mary answered. If she lets Mel know who they are, Mel isn’t leaving without killing them.

“Why do you summon me?”

“Daniel is in there, help me bring him out.” Mary points Mel’s attention to the bathroom.

“Wolfbane, right?”

“Yeah.” Mary nods her head.

Before Mel could take any step closer to the bathroom, Jack pulled out a short gun under the bed and has it pointed at Mel. “One more step and I will blow your brains out!” Jack threatens.

“Who the hell is this kid?” Mel glanced at Mary. There’s disbelief in her eyes. She couldn’t believe a kid could pull a shotgun on her. She feels like spanking him but that’s not a way to go in America.

“Forget about the kid and grab Daniel. We need to leave.” Mary still does not want to let Mel know the identity of the twins. The best backup Mary could have called was Mike but she may have to wait for long for him to get here in a cab. She’s out of options after hearing the elder
