Jon's POV:

(Jon's apartment)

"Did you find her?" I asked expectantly.

"You won't like this," He stated.

"Just tell me!" I was getting impatient. What was the worst that could happen?

"I just want to double-check that you have told me everything I need to know."

"Of course, I have told you everything. Now what the hell is going on?"

"I have spoken to a few people who have interacted with Miss Wilson and all their stories correspond. It seems that Miss Wilson is not alone."

"Not alone? Who is she with?"

"Her husband," He replied and I melted.

"What did you just say?"

"Miss Wilson is in the company of who the town's people refer to as her husband."

"That is not possible!" I said, shaking my head in disbelief.
