"No, I'm dead serious. Which is why it was and still is very wrong of you to hijack my car and take me hostage. This road trip is kind of an adventure for me, I must admit."

I laughed and made sure she didn't see it.

"Karen, you are one of a fucking kind," I said as she rolled her eyes.

"Sometimes I can be a bit odd. Jon says I need to learn to reignite it around people."
