“You don’t always have to be so rude, you know?” Heyon complained, accepting the glass of blood from Saejin. He watched as the older vampire searched for his cell phone in his pocket.
“Where’s that business that makes enchanted photographs?” Saejin asked, his curiosity piqued.
“Saejin, for God’s sake, I already told you there’s no magic, it’s just ordinary pictures,” Heyon reiterated, amused by his friend’s persistent belief in the supernatural.
“Ordinary for me are photos where we can touch, put them in golden frames,” Saejin replied, a mischievous glint in his dark eyes.
“That’s old-fashioned stuff,” Heyon teased, knowing full well that Saejin’s taste sometimes aligned with the centuries he had lived through.
“I’m old,” Saejin playfully retorted, shrugging off the comment. “But come on, show me how you do it on your cell phone.”
