A knock on the door made the man sitting on a chair behind a big mahogany desk to look up from the paper he was going through.

“Come in,” he ordered and took his gaze back to his work without a care about who entered his office.

Daniel walked into the office and cleared his throat to get the man’s attention, “Sir, I just finished talking with Mr. Aubert and he deeply apologized for not meeting you for breakfast but in return, he will be waiting to have lunch with you.”

“That’s very good then, did you agree on a time with him?” Chris asked without a glance at the man in his office.

“Yes sir, he asked if 1:00PM would be okay with you and I told him yes.”

Chris gave a curt nod, “very well then, be sure to let me know when it’s time.”

“Of course sir,” Daniel bowed slightly, turned and left the office.
