Chapter 42. Meddling Parents

Mira’s POV

I have been held up in camp ever since my stunt, as Magoth is calling it. I’m kind of going stir crazy, but it also gives me a lot of time to plot my revenge on Maze and everyone else who just turned their back to me. I am still his mate, no matter what he or they say. I will always be his first and only mate. That slutty fox girl will never be Queen, not as long as I am alive.

I have been visiting our resident seer, having her spy on Maze for me was a stroke of genius. I know what he is doing, and who is doing it with. I almost lost my shit when I heard about him and his slut having mated and marked each other, but the seer reminded me of the pain he will undergo when I kill her and take my rightful place at his side. I smirk. Maze will come around. She must have put some sort of spell on him. Magoth is not going to know what hit him when I turn on him. He also has it coming. He has been so distant ever since he discovered I went to the pack that night
