Lola's POV 

I took a deep breath before I opened the door back into the clinic room. All eyes turned on me as soon as I entered. Jayden and the girls were already there, and Lyla came to me when she got over her shock at my new appearance.

I was glad no one said a thing; it would have been so bizarre to tell them that I was in the moon goddess' garden, and she made my wolf and me one.

"Thank goddess, you're okay, girl. Don't you dare pull that kind of trick on me again," she pouted, and I chuckled softly.

"I think I like the atmosphere of the clinic; I might come here every now and then," I said with a laugh, but no one found it funny.
