Chapter 62

Lola's POV

Adrian was standing in the middle of the room with a bouquet of beautiful white flowers that I had no idea what the name was. He looked so good in his black button-down shirt that he unbuttoned the first two buttons to show off his broad chest and a pair of blue jeans with a black boot to finish up his look.

His hair looked like he'd run his hand through it several times, yet it looked amazing on him. His scent was a bit different; he must have used cologne. He looked so edible, and Jasmine kept running around in my head. 

He cleared his throat before he moved towards me with the flowers extended. "You look so beautiful, Lola," he commented and gave me the flowers, which I sniffed immediately. The fragrance was so strong and calming, and I gave him a shy smile. 

"They look so pretty, and it smells so good," I said, sniffing the flowers again. The fragrance just made me feel at peace with myself. "What's the name?"

"Jasmine," he said
