Two days later, I was extremely nervous about meeting his father. To calm down, I decided to do some cleaning inside his room while he went to the nearest convenience store to get some ramen. As I was putting his belongings away, I discovered a photo album in the bookshelf nearby.

Inside my head, I thought the album would be filled of his friend’s picture because the house didn’t belong to him as he claimed, but as I started flipping the pages, I saw one of Henry’s picture when he was younger.

Even if I haven’t meet Charles yet, I knew he was so close to Henry because they had photos together that were dated since they were in preschool. If I grew up with Claire by my side, Henry had Charles, and I sighed with curiosity about Charles Blackthorn.

But the next page contained something that rendered me speechless. I couldn’t stop staring at a group photo. My hand slowly moved to touch it as my curiosity grew. I jumped to my feet when Henry entered
