Sophie

I was standing bare with no pads or blood dripping toward my thighs. All was dry with not a single spot of stain-causing me to almost burst into tears.

Ronan walked around me and snorted for a moment, and I felt the air around us tense as he snorted out loud and moved closer to my ass.

He pushed me, and I fell to the ground. I was in the process of hurting my elbows, but I dared not make a sound.

“Why am I not surprised that you just told me yet another lie? You are lucky I don’t hit ladies or beat the crap out of them, but for some reason, I’m thinking of making an exception for you.”

“I’m sorry …” I tried to say, but I trailed off as I felt the tingling pain in my elbow.

“Are you hurt? I’m sure it’s just a minor fall, and you would complain again. I did you a favor, but all you do is tell constant lies with a straight face. You tried to run from me even when you needed anything, and you are getting paid each time?”
