Chapter 115. You Need to Be Punished
Leah’s POV
My heart thumped in my chest as I stood there. I could feel the intensity of their stares from all the way here. I glanced at Rafael and he gave me a nod, almost as if he was telling me not to worry and that he will take care of me.
That made me feel a bit better, but that does not mean that I was still not nervous or scared of what could happen.
I followed him towards his parents and when we reached the front porch, I avoided looking in their eyes. I looked everywhere else but in their eyes. But I could feel them looking at me, and as I said, they were not happy with me.
“Mom, Dad, remember what we talked about? I told you that if I could bring her back, then you’d have to forgive her,” Rafael said. He was talking to his parents.
I was a bit annoyed because they were acting as if they were my actual parents and I had run away from them. They were acting as if they had not kidnapped me and stolen everything
