Chapter 167
Kitty’s POV
She got into the car angrily, moving immediately. Kitty barely paid attention to my driving because she was in so much pain. The pain was so much that she couldn’t focus on anything.
Tears pooled in Kitty’s eyes. Usually, she would pull over, but she needed to get to the hospital fast to check on her baby. She thought about what Jason did and how he abandoned her; the tears blinded her vision, and she had to slow down.
A sharp pain in her stomach made her eyes close, and any focus she had left went immediately to the pain; she was blinded, and now the tears were streaming down her face.
She heard a screech, and she felt myself crash. Suddenly, she couldn’t move. She remembered that she was driving briefly because, for a second, her thoughts were jumbled, and she tried to get the seatbelt off, but she had no such luck.
