I wrapped the bedsheet around my mate's body, angry that another male wolf had seen her nakedness.

If we hadn't barged in on time, something would have happened to Lillian that would have left us shattered, and we would have felt the pain in our hearts, and our wolves would have been unsettled.

I went to look for her at the banquet after it ended. We were supposed to take her home, and we got there and couldn't find and we were informed she was seen heading back to the Packhouse.
