Chapter 68. Stealth of the Alpha

Freya’s POV

Making love to Rufus Crimson was always incredible, but the best part was afterwards and laying in his arms. My head rested on his sculpted chest, and I listened to the steady beating of my mate’s heart. The heart which constantly beat for me, and as I enjoyed the warmth emanating from the Alpha’s body, in turn it warmed my heart and soul.

‘This is it Elara,’ I said to my wolf ‘Rufus is the one, I can feel it. The connection we share now is nothing like I’ve ever felt before.’

Elara swooned ‘You’re so in love, aren’t you Freya,’ she paused ‘We are where we belong now, there’s no stopping us.’

‘All thanks to you,’ I said, appreciating my wolf ‘You always knew Rufus was the one for us, and you persevered through all my bad decisions.’

Elara chuckled ‘Any decision, good or bad are what get us through life and shape us as a person,’ the wolf paused ‘…or wolf,’ and I felt her comfort ‘Now enjoy your time with Rufus.’
