Freya’s POV

“Please Rufus,” I begged. “Don’t reject me just yet.”

I felt ridiculous whimpering and begging before the Alpha, but he had to see sense.

“It’s the only way, Freya, I’ve made my decision, I’m sorry,” he paused to take a breath. “I, Rufus Crimson of the Highland Pack…” Rufus began.

‘It’s his choice Elara,’ I said with a defeated reply ‘We can’t force them to be with us.’
