I drove home with a smile still plastered on my face, feeling a sense of joy that had eluded me for far too long. Liam's words echoed in my mind: "I told you just tell her, she'll understand."

As I arrived home, I decided to get a head start on my day, skipping a nap in favor of a refreshing bath. But as I soaked in the water, her scent enveloped me, and my resolve began to waver.
