Elena's POV.

I parked my car and entered the bar, which was noisy and crowded. I began to weave through the crowd, my eyes scanning the room for Marrok, but he was nowhere to be found. I wondered if he was with Derek instead.

Just as I was about to give up and step outside, I collided with someone, "Ouch!" I winced in pain, rubbing my head. When I looked up, I saw Marrok standing before me.

I let out a sigh of relief, "Oh, it's you." He raised an eyebrow.

"Please, I need to speak to you," I said, my voice urgent and tinged with a sense of emergency.

"Is everything alright?" He asked, and I shaked my head.

"It's about Derek," I said, my voice low and urgent. Marrok leaned in, straining to hear me over the noise of the bar.
