"Gabriel, are you using the Council for personal gain and is this some sort of personal grudge?" Red-eyed and filled with wrath, Alpha Derrick approaches me in a nasty manner. His wolf, hardly able to control itself, is on alert.

I landed at Red Claw with the other members of the Council ten minutes ago to conduct a critical assessment of the well-being of this pack's unmated females. We went over the mates' prior grievances again and let Alpha Derrick know we would be there soon on short notice.
