Leila's POV

All I wanted was to cry my heart out hugging my pillow. I walked into my room and I was ready to throw myself on my bed when I heard someone's voice startling me.

"Welcome back Leila." I turned to see Hannah and Bessie smiling at me. I almost asked them what they were doing here when I remembered that I had asked them to wait for me.

"Why did madam Vee remove your name from the servant list?" Hannah asked immediately and I facepalmed myself. That bastard must have told her to do so. It's surprising how he acts like I meant something to him when he was with other people but when we are alone, he always makes sure he hurts me.

I contemplated telling them everything but when I opened my mouth to talk, nothing came out and I shut it, repeating the same process again.
