Chapter 41. The Forbidden Kiss

Anastasia's POV

I continue singing all the songs I know throughout the night. Ryan's body stops trembling, and I end up feeling sleepy after hours of humming for him, when I realize he is no longer in pain, sleep overtakes my body and I end up sleeping with Ryan's body next to mine.

I wake up again in my room, feeling my body being put on the bed, and notice that it is Ryan who is putting me on the bed, just as hours ago he was over me fiercely, and now the situation is similar. I feel my heart racing, completely escaping the drowsiness I was feeling until seconds ago.
