Chapter 101

Daciana woke up to an empty bed, and she immediately knew where Lucien was. It wasn't uncommon for him to wake up early and head straight to his office, especially when he had an important project to complete.

She lay in bed for a few moments, enjoying the warmth of the covers, and thinking about the day ahead.

She knew it was going to be a busy day, filled with meetings and deadlines. She sighed, pushing the thoughts out of her head, and decided it was time to get up and start her day.

She swung her legs out of bed and headed towards the bathroom, still feeling a little groggy from the night's sleep.

As she turned on the shower, she paused for a moment, enjoying the sound of the water cascading down onto the tiles.

She stepped into the shower, feeling the warm water run over her skin, and let out a contented sigh. She stood there for a few moments, letting the water wash away any remaining sleepiness.
