Chapter 93
As they walked into the restaurant, Romano's, in the town over, in the very wealthy part of town, Daciana observed the large, white marble columns at the entrance of the restaurant.
The carpeting was a deep, Ruby red, and round tables scattered the floor, covered in thick white tablecloths.
Each table is set with candles despite the light coming from multiple chandeliers hanging from the ceiling.
Lucien tugged on her hand, pulling her behind him as he weaved through tables behind the hostess.
"Your table," the hostess said, sweeping her arm, gesturing to a table towards the back of the restaurant.
The lighting was slightly dimmer back here, and it looked so intimate. She set the menus down on the table.
On the table was a bucket of ice, with a bottle of wine tucked among the ice cubes. "May I start you off with some complimentary red wine?"
