The dark king was rather enthusiastic for the wedding, as the preparations were already underway. He sent his guards every now and then, to call me out, and have me pick out a colour for a decoration, or a specific item that would be used as decor.

I hated it, but there was nothing I could do about it.

The only thing that kept me going, was the fact that Blair was right beside me. He was with me all the time, and never left my side. He was the emotional support and my anchor.

I stretched my arms and shifted on the bed. Blair, who was right beside me, had his hands wrapped around my waist. He held me tighter as I moved and I snuggled closer to him. It was just the breaking of dawn, and this was our usual routine.
