Chapter 47. Blood And Jealousy

Blood.

The red crimson liquid pooling out of Elliot’s mouth was the only thing I was focused on.

“S-Suzie,” Elliot coughed.

I remained petrified, unable to think, or move my body. Elliot fell on top of me, and my eyes landed on his back..on his white shirt, was a huge blood stain, and the sight of that sent shivers down my spine.

I heard groaning, and my eyes flickered to my father, who held a gun in his hand. He held his wounded abdomen, with a triumphant smirk on his lips.

“Serves the bastard right, who does he think he is, injuring an alpha like me,” My father mumbled.

“You....you shot Elliot, you...”

My hands began to quiver as I gazed back at Elliot. He remained unmoving, and my blood ran cold in an instant. My initial feeling was despair, but it was slowly replaced with anger. I did not mind if my father hurt me, but i would not stand by and watch if he hurts someone important to me.

I roared, shifting into my wolf in an instant.
